Home Care Nursing Services Registered Nurses

Nursing Services are performed by a registered or licensed nurse. Typically, these services are only provided when; a physician orders this type of care, care must be provided on an intermittent or hourly basis, care is reasonable and necessary for the treatment of the patient’s illness or injury, and the care is not custodial in nature.

Primary Prevention Home Care’s  physical therapists work with you, your doctors, and other health care providers to design a rehabilitation plan for patients to regain movement, strength and agility after illness or injury.  Our physical therapists help patients to regain strength, balance and mobility through customized, individual plans of therapy. We spend more money in continuing education training on our physical therapy staff that anyone in the industry! We realize that this investment will help our patients achieve their specific goals.


Home Care Occupational Therapist Occupational Therapists

Occupational Therapy attempts to improve the patient’s abilities in daily living, increase awareness of body and surroundings, improve recognition, and teach techniques to simplify tasks.



Home Care Health Aides Home Health Aides

Home Health Aides provide housekeeping, personal care, and dietary services. Typically, records are kept of the services provided and the patient’s condition during visits.
